A full range of industrial filter bags is available in single (7” x 16”) and double (7” x 32”) lengths, designed to fit Hayward’s single or double-length filters. Options include sewn or welded construction with a sewn-in bag ring or PP flange ring. Flanged bags feature PP handles for easy removal, while others have a sewn-in cloth handle. Available in micron ratings from 1 to 800 µm, materials include Glazed Polypropylene Needled Felt, Singed Polyester Needled Felt, Polypropylene Monofilament Mesh, and Nylon Monofilament Mesh. All filter bags and cartridge filters are sold in carton quantities only.
The new FLV Series, available in PVC and CPVC, features a true-union design in sizes from 1-1/4” to 4” with socket, threaded, or flanged ends. Designed for sodium hypochlorite and bleach processing, it comes standard with FPM seals, with EPDM optional. Rated for 150 PSI at 70°F non-shock, it supports flow rates up to 100 GPM. Offered in size 1 and size 2 vessels, as well as Simplex, Duplex, and Triplex assemblies, with optional metric (DIN/EN) connections.
Available in innovative Platinum GFPP, this series features true union end connections in 1-1/4” to 4” sizes with socket, threaded, fusion, or flanged ends. Its one-piece injection-molded construction ensures durability, with standard FPM seals and optional EPDM. Rated for 150 PSI at 70°F non-shock, it supports flow rates up to 100 GPM (up to 2”) and 150 GPM (2-1/2” to 4”). Offered in size 1 and size 2 vessels, as well as Simplex, Duplex, and Triplex assemblies, with optional metric (DIN/EN) connections.
