We supply our clients with custom polypropylene impellers for mixing. We can fabricate impellers of different sizes and shapes to suite any need. Such as straight blade, pitch blade, and rushton blade. Our impellers can be fabricated to be used with 1/4″, 3/8″, or 1/2″ driveshafts. We can supply the impellers by themselves or with the driveshaft. Additionally, we can provide a polypropylene sleeve on the driveshaft to protect it. Our polypropylene impellers are a superior choice to use over the traditional metal impellers because they have a stronger corrosion and reaction resistance to harsh chemicals than the metal impellers.
